Application instruction
- Clean and dry the area of skin where the pad is to be applied
- Peel off the backing and apply the adhesive side directly to the skin
- Rub pad to smooth out any wrinkles
To remove, gently peel off and discard.
Directions for use
- For external use only
- Do not apply to head, face, kneecap, or elbow
- Do not leave on longer than 10 hours at a time
- Apply only one pad within 24-hour period
- Not intended for use for more than 8-10 consecutive days
- Not intended for use with creams or oils
- Avoid putting pressure or sleeping with pad on for extended period of time
- Intended for individuals aged 13 and older

- If pregnant or breast feeding, consult a physician prior to use

- May remove hair when removed
