Directions and Suggested Use
SUGGESTED USE: Shake before adding to water. Use only filtered, non-chlorinated water. Adults: Add 1/8 tsp per every 16 oz (half-liter) of water. Shake to mix. Start drinking 8 oz of treated water per day for first 3 days. Gradually increase within 2 weeks to drinking a half-gallon (2 liters) or more per day.
CAUTION: Do not consume without diluting first. Once diluted, store in glass or BPA-free plastic. Do not store undiluted concentrate in glass.
WARNING: Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if seal is broken!
Gradual Increase Instruction
Attention! Hydr8tion is so potent that you should not just start out by treating all your drinking water. If you drink too much of it too
soon, you may experience minor symptoms of detox. So, it is best to introduce it to your body more gradually. Adults: Start drinking 8 oz of treated water per day for first 3 days. Gradually increase within 2 weeks to drinking a half-gallon (2 liters) or more per day.

HYDR8 treated water may be stored at room temperature or refrigerated. The product is gluten-free and vegan.
How to Make by the Gallon: Shake concentrate before using. Fill cap of concentrate and add to 1 gallon of filtered, nonchlorinated water. Shake to mix.
Suggested Use for Children: Shake concentrate before using. Add 1/8 teaspoon Hydr8tion to a 32 oz (liter) of filtered, non-chlorinated water. Shake to mix. Start drinking 8 oz of treated water per day for the first 3 days. Gradually increase within 2 weeks to drinking half the body weight in ounces daily.
Suggested Use for Pets:
- If SMALL: Add 1/8 teaspoon Hydr8tion to 32 oz (liter) of filtered, non-chlorinated water.
- If MEDIUM OR LARGE: Add 1/8 teaspoon Hydr8tion to 16 oz (half-liter) of filtered, non-chlorinated water.
Higher Dilutions for Adults and Children: After 2 weeks of gradual increase in the volume of treated water, you may double the amount of Hydr8tion per container.
ADULTS: 1/4 teaspoon per 16 oz (half-liter) of filtered, non-chlorinated water.
CHILDREN: 1/4 teaspoon per 32 oz (liter) of filtered, non-chlorinated water.
Suggested Use for Plants: Good for all plants. Add 1 or 2 capfuls per gallon of water. It is okay to use tap water when
watering plants.
Why Hydr8 is so useful?
